Consumer dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not affect the statutory remedies consumers have where the law provides for them (in Türkiye, for example, the consumer arbitration committees — Tüketici Hakem Heyeti — and consumer courts). The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
